A conceptual branding and digital experience project for a modern dog care company, combining brand identity, UX/UI design, and digital product thinking to help pet owners book, manage, and stay connected to walking, training, and daycare services through a cohesive web and mobile experience.
Problem:
Pet owners entrust service providers with some of their most important responsibilities, yet many pet care experiences lack clear communication, transparency, and convenient ways to manage ongoing services. This conceptual project explored how branding, user experience, and digital product design could work together to build trust, simplify service management, and create a more connected experience across walking, training, and daycare services.
Solution:
Developed a cohesive brand and service ecosystem that connected visual identity, marketing, web, and mobile experiences into a unified customer journey. The concept included a responsive website, mobile app interfaces, service booking and management workflows, real-time care updates, and supporting advertising assets designed to improve usability, strengthen customer confidence, and create a consistent experience across every interaction with the brand.
Designed with conversion in mind, the landing page communicates Fetchly's core services and value proposition while guiding users toward account creation. Clear messaging, trust-building content, and strategically placed calls to action help support user acquisition and engagement goals.
The responsive website serves as the entry point to the Fetchly ecosystem, helping prospective customers discover services, learn about the platform, and connect with the brand. Consistent visual language, intuitive navigation, and conversion-focused design create a seamless experience across desktop and mobile devices.
Designed to support the complete dog care journey, the Fetchly app enables users to discover services, track care in real time, and review outcomes through detailed progress reports. By combining service management with timely updates and communication, the experience helps strengthen trust between pet owners and care providers.
As part of the broader Fetchly ecosystem, the display advertising campaign was designed to introduce prospective customers to the brand and encourage engagement. The animated ad emphasizes the relationship between pets and their owners, while the static execution focuses on product benefits, service offerings, and ease of use. Together, the concepts demonstrate a multi-faceted approach to digital acquisition and brand storytelling.
